Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders containing ready-to-go items within 3 working days. This may differ during busy periods, for example Christmas. This processing time may also differ for personalised items. 

Please note, where items are noted as pre-order, an additional 5-7 working day production time will apply as we only keep a small stock and our items are handmade.

For UK orders, items are shipped by Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Please allow longer shipping times during busy periods. 

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's import regulations before placing your order.

Please do not contact me about a missing parcel until it has been 10 working days from dispatch date.
