Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders containing ready-to-go items within 3 working days. This may differ during busy periods, for example Christmas. This processing time may also differ for 'customised' items. 

Please note, where items are noted as pre-order, an additional 5-7 working day production time will apply.

Items are shipped by Royal Mail. Please allow longer shipping times during busy periods. 

Please do not contact me about a missing parcel until it has been 10 working days from dispatch date.
