What does it mean when an item is 'pre-order'?
The majority of our items are handmade so we only keep a small stock of each item for immediate dispatch. For all other orders, we require 5-7 working days for production of your item/s. Following this, your item/s will be dispatched within 3 working days.
We're a small family team and really appreciate your patience.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the UK, US and EU. For any country outside of this, please contact us to discuss a delivery quote.
Who do you ship with?
We send out all orders via Royal Mail tracked for UK delivery.
Couriers for US and EU orders are dependent on the best pricing at the time of delivery.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery - £4.50
EU delivery - £10.99
US Delivery - £14.99
Please note for orders larger than 2kg, additional delivery fees may apply.
Do you accept refunds?
We do not accept refunds, unless the item is faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if you believe an item is faulty.
I've put in the incorrect address!
Please contact us ASAP via pinkpigsshop@gmail.com or via Instagram. If you notify me after I have dispatched the parcel, you are not liable for a refund.
Lost or damaged items?
If your item has arrived damage, please contact us via pinkpigsshop@gmail.com or via Instagram. If you believe your item may be lost in the post, and it has been 10 working days since it has been dispatched then please also contact us.
